We practice exclusively in the field of immigration law, handling all types of immigration matters for individuals, families, and businesses. We represent our clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and all consulates throughout the world.

The firm's founder, Karin Guttormsen-Compitiello, is a former INS (now Department of Homeland Security) attorney who has been practicing immigration law exclusively for the last 14 years. Prior to founding the firm, Mrs. Compitiello served as legal counsel for eight years to all of the INS components, now known as USCIS, ICE, and CBP, all part of the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to working at INS as an Assistant District Counsel, she served as an attorney for the Immigration Court Judges in Miami, Florida. Having worked within these governmental agencies, Mrs. Compitiello has gained invaluable experience which allows her to provide clients with the unique insight, perspective, and legal analysis necessary for all immigration matters.
